In addition to curating all the best of Singapore’s Christian hits, this podcast also features a devotional segment called Amplify Devo Originals, written by Douglas Yeap, designed to refresh and enlighten listeners. Its vision is to see its local worship songs heard not just by Singaporeans but also by people overseas and to be blessed by them. Since Singapore does not have a Christian radio station at present, its goal is to provide wholesome and enriching spiritual content to its listeners. Amplify Podcast SG is the first Christian Radio podcast in Singapore that features local worship music.

In this perilous times we are facing, we have a choice to either be afraid or be confident in God through faith. And back in the olden times when Israel was faced with death right at the doorstep, the people of God turned to Him and God said,"Don't be afraid".
Fear is indeed a scary thing that will cripple us in our faith and daily life. When we fear, we lose sight of God, His grace and might, and most of all His love. When we lose that, we are on our own in this dark and dangerous world. Many times, through Joshua and the many other kings of Israel and also Jesus, "Don't be afraid" is spoken over many times. That is because God doesn't want us to fear. Fear causes us to distant from him and turn our eyes away from Him. Let's learn how we can fear not and live our lives with faith as our shield.

Recently due to the recent pandemic happening around the world and in Singapore, there are more restrictions to prevent us from meeting one another. The devil will want the church to stop meeting together. He wants to break the church from meeting cause he knows when we meet up, the church is very powerful and the devil is afraid.
Despite this measures of suspensions of services and gatherings, God still wants to meet us. And thanks to technology, the church is still able to be connected and meet together in new ways never seen or done before. Cause when we meet God, miracles happen and the atmosphere changes. In His presence when we meet Him together, we can find healing, wholeness, faith, every blessings and favor, miracles and many more. We can find all that we need. So let's not stop meeting Him together. Let's meet Him.

Do you find yourself often discontented and complaining to God that you wish you had this or that? Very often, discontentment will breed bitterness, envy, unhappiness and even condemnation. And the root problem is taking things for granted. As human, we frequently fall into the trap of being familiar with things that God has blessed us with and if we are unthankful to God for those things, we will start to compare with others and focus our eyes on what we don't have rather than what we have.
Even as life takes a pause during the restriction measures against the Covid-19 virus, let us stop and reflect the good things that the Lord has blessed us with.
